With the win, Ryan upgrades its record to 19-6 on the season. The Raiders travel to Argyle (Argyle, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 7 bout on Friday, January 5. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 22-3. Argyle won 56-23 in their recent league bout against Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX)

Next up, the Broncos play the Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 bout, on Thursday, January 4. Denton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 12-11 record after their 48-43 league loss to Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX).
