Nebraska High School Basketball - Logan View/Scribner-Snyder can't hold off Douglas County West

January 2, 2024: Hooper, NE

The Douglas County West Falcon basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Logan View/Scribner-Snyder to 48 in the Falcon non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Falcon now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Douglas County West will battle a Vikings team coming off a 58-28 non-league loss to Scotus (Columbus, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 2-7.

The (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE). The Pioneers come into the C1 District 6 contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Fort Calhoun was nudged by West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE), 63-54, in a non-league contest.
