In Tuesday's league outing, the East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), by a count of 74-16.

The Broncos (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA). The Jaguars go into the AAAA Region 8 outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Cedar Shoals was crushed by North Oconee (Bogart, GA), 63-28, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Walnut Grove for a non-league outing on Friday, January 5. Johnson will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 57-43 league win over Madison County (Danielsville, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-5.
