The Scio Loggers basketball team (Scio, OR), dropped 49-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Jefferson Lions (Jefferson, OR)
The Lions now possess a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheridan for a 3A PacWest contest on Friday, January 5. Jefferson will meet a Spartans team coming off a 50-35 league loss to Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 5-6.
The Loggers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Amity (Amity, OR). The Warriors enter the 3A PacWest contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Amity was defeated by Philomath (Philomath, OR), 48-47, in a non-league contest.
