North Carolina High School Basketball - Jordan-Matthews ripped by Southeast Alamance

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Southeast Alamance Stallions basketball team scored a decisive 53-20 triumph over the Jordan-Matthews Jets.

In their next game, the Stallions meet the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC) in a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina match, on Friday, January 5. Southeast Alamance will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Buccaneers enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 63-23 non-league loss to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).

With the defeat, Jordan-Matthews moves to 6-6 on the year. The Jets host Lee County (Sanford, NC) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a non-league match on Friday, January 5. The Yellow Jackets enter the match with a record of 4-4. Lee County lost 41-40 in their recent non-league match against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC)
