In Tuesday's league outing, the Kittson Central/Lancaster Bearcats (Hallock, MN) basketball squad beat the host Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Ponies (Warren, MN), by a margin of 66-53.

The Bearcats (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lake of the Woods (Baudette, MN). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Lake of the Woods was beaten by Clearbrook-Gonvick (Clearbrook, MN), 83-61, in a league outing.

The Ponies now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Fertile-Beltrami for a A Section 8 outing on Thursday, January 4. Warren-Alvarado-Oslo will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 60-36 league win over Red Lake County Central (Oklee, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 5-3.
