The Broncos (15-9) will now prepare for their test against Killeen (Killeen, TX). The Kangaroos go into the 5A Region III District 22 test with a 6-15 record. In their last test, Killeen was trounced by Shoemaker (Killeen, TX), 52-38, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Belton for a 5A Region III District 22 test on Friday, January 5. Waco will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 34-32 league loss to University (Waco, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-20.
