New Jersey High School Basketball - Ridgewood trounces Paramus

The Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ), 58-19 in Tuesday's league test.
The Maroons (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Hackensack was trounced by Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ), 52-34, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host DePaul Catholic for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 4. Paramus will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 42-34 non-league win over North Star Academy (Newark, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 4-3.
