The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA) and the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA), saw Saugus's soccer squad triumph over Golden Valley by a count of 9-0.

The Centurions now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Castaic for a Foothill test on Tuesday, January 9. Saugus will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Hart (Newhall, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Golden Valley drops to 7-12 on the season. The Grizzlies host Valencia (Valencia, CA) to meet the Vikings in a Foothill test on Thursday, January 4. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 4-6. Valencia lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)
