The Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC), 56-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Orange (Hillsborough, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Orange went down by Western Alamance (Elon, NC), 61-33, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Cedar Ridge for a test on Friday, January 5. Southern Alamance will encounter a Fighting Red Wolves squad coming off a 73-56 non-league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves record now stands at 5-4.
