The West Potomac Wolverines basketball squad scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Woodson Cavaliers to 34 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Tuesday.

With the victory, West Potomac upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 4-5. Alexandria City won 52-35 in their recent non-league bout against Robinson (Fairfax, VA)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Woodson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
