North Carolina High School Basketball - Andrews routs Nantahala

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Andrews Wildcats basketball team scored a big 86-33 triumph over the Nantahala Hawks.

The Wildcats (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Blue Ridge Early College (Cashiers, NC). The Bobcats go into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Blue Ridge Early College was trounced by Nantahala (Topton, NC), 83-64, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Summit Charter Bears (Cashiers, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Nantahala will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 48-47 non-league win over Rosman (Rosman, NC).
