The Wheaton Warriors basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Parkers Prairie Panthers to 34 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Ortonville for a non-league game on Monday, January 6. Wheaton will confront a Trojans team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Parkers Prairie falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Underwood (Underwood, MN) to confront the Rockets in a A Section 6 game on Monday, January 6. The Rockets go into the game with a record of 5-5. Underwood won 73-44 in their recent league game against Hancock (Hancock, MN)
