Minnesota High School Basketball - Warroad crushes Wadena-Deer Creek

The Warroad Warriors (Warroad, MN) basketball crushed the host Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines (Wadena, MN), 81-40 in Thursday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 12-0 record. They play next when they travel to Menahga for a AA Section 8 bout on Friday, January 3. Warroad will play a Braves team coming off a 81-22 league loss to Barnesville (Barnesville, MN). The Braves record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Wadena-Deer Creek falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Crookston (Crookston, MN) to play the Pirates in a AA Section 8 bout on Saturday, January 4. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Crookston won 77-49 in their recent league bout against Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN)
