The Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA), 56-35 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Trojans (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Tift County (Tifton, GA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record.
The Purple Hurricane now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Worth County for a test on Saturday, January 22. Fitzgerald will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 61-37 league win over Berrien (Nashville, GA). The Rams record now stands at 8-7.
