With the win, Jefferson Christian Academy upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Eagles host Talladega County Central (Talladega, AL) to clash with the Fighting Tigers in a 1A Area 10 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Fighting Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Talladega County Central lost 72-29 in their recent non-league bout against Childersburg (Childersburg, AL)

Next up, the Knights clash with the John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Altamont will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 73-63 league win over Wenonah (Birmingham, AL).
