Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts (Kaukauna, WI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Appleton North Lightning (Appleton, WI), 68-65 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kaukauna upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Galloping Ghosts host Neenah (Neenah, WI) to play the Rockets in a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Rockets come into the bout with a record of 10-6. Neenah lost 46-38 in their recent league bout against Appleton East (Appleton, WI)

Next up, the Lightning play the Neenah Rockets (Neenah, WI) in a Fox Valley bout, on Friday, January 27. Appleton North will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record.
