St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Arlington Catholic Cougars (Arlington, MA), 103-67 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Brockton (Brockton, MA) to clash with the Boxers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Boxers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Brockton won 55-48 in their recent non-league bout against Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Southeastern RVT Hawks (South Easton, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Arlington Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 77-52 non-league loss to East Boston (East Boston, MA).
