The Savage Warriors basketball team (Savage, MT), was nudged 42-38 in Friday's league battle with the host Bainville Bulldogs (Bainville, MT)
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to MonDak [Westby/Grenora] for a C District 2 battle on Saturday, January 21. Bainville will battle a Mon-Dak Thunder team coming off a 52-42 league win over Brockton (Brockton, MT). The Mon-Dak Thunder record now stands at 2-6.
The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Plentywood (Plentywood, MT). The Wildcats come into the C District 2 battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Plentywood edged Brockton (Brockton, MT), 75-45, in a league battle.
