With the win, Bishop Garrigan upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Golden Bears host North Union (Armstrong, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 9-4.

With the defeat, Eagle Grove moves to 5-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 13-2. Lake Mills won 72-43 in their recent non-league game against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA)
