Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blue Mountain falls to North Schuylkill

In Friday's league match, the host North Schuylkill Spartans basketball team scored a good 74-56 triumph over the Blue Mountain Eagles.

In their next game, the Spartans meet the Kutztown Cougars (Kutztown, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 21. North Schuylkill will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 5-9 record after their 53-35 league loss to Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA).

With the defeat, Blue Mountain moves to 13-3 on the year. The Eagles host Panther Valley (Lansford, PA) to meet the Panthers in a Schuylkill County 1 match on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 9-6. Panther Valley won 77-56 in their recent non-league match against Hamburg (Hamburg, PA)
