The Booker T. Washington Golden Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Bullock County Hornets to 26 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery Catholic for a 4A Area 4 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Booker T. Washington will battle a Knights team coming off a 57-43 league win over LAMP (Montgomery, AL). The Knights record now stands at 7-3.
The Hornets (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against LAMP (Montgomery, AL). The Golden Tigers enter the 4A Area 4 contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, LAMP was routed by Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL), 57-43, in a league contest.
