The Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots basketball team (Chattanooga, TN), was toppled 70-62 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN)

The Panthers now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Polk County for a 2A District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 24. Brainerd will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-58 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Madisonville, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-10.

The Patriots (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN). The Pounders enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record.
