In Friday's league outing, the La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting California Condors (Whittier, CA), by a margin of 71-44.

The Lancers (20-4) will now prepare for their outing against Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 17-5 record. In their last outing, Fairmont Prep smashed Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA), 69-60, in a non-league outing.

The Condors now own a 9-15 record. They play next when they host Whittier for a Del Rio outing on Wednesday, January 25. California will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 87-61 league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-8.
