North Carolina High School Basketball - Carolina Mustangs knocked off by Emerson Waldorf

The Emerson Waldorf Gnomes basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Carolina Mustangs Mustangs to 34 in the Gnomes non-league triumph on Friday.
The Gnomes now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durham Flight HomeSchool for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23. Emerson Waldorf will battle a Flight team coming off a 58-44 non-league loss to Cristo Rey Research Triangle (Durham, NC). The Flight record now stands at 0-1.
The Mustangs (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against South Wake (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Sabres enter the non-league contest with a 14-9 record.
