The Tri-Cities Bulldogs basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Chapel Hill Panthers to 59 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lithia Springs for a AAAAA Region 5 contest on Saturday, January 21. Tri-Cities will battle a Lions team coming off a 73-71 league loss to Creekside (Fairburn, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-13.

The Panthers (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Knights come into the AAAAA Region 5 contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Midtown prevailed over Banneker (College Park, GA), 50-36, in a league contest.
