In Friday's league outing, the Novi Christian Academy Warriors (Novi, MI) basketball squad nipped the host Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy Sentinels (Brighton, MI), by a margin of 66-64.

The Warriors (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Livingston Christian (Pinckney, MI). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Livingston Christian was tipped by Washtenaw Christian Academy (Saline, MI), 67-35, in a league outing.

The Sentinels now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Roeper for a Michigan Independent - Red match on Tuesday, January 24. Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy will meet a Roughriders team coming off a 55-24 non-league loss to Lutheran Northwest (Rochester Hills, MI). The Roughriders record now stands at 3-6.
