The Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX) basketball knocked off the host Chico Dragons (Chico, TX), 38-29 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (10-14) will now prepare for their test against Tioga (Tioga, TX). The go into the 2A Region II District 13 test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Tioga went down by Muenster (Muenster, TX), 44-27, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 13-11 record. They play next when they travel to Collinsville for a 2A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, January 24. Chico will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 64-50 league win over Era (Era, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 7-9.
