In Friday's league match, the visiting Childress Bobcats basketball team scored a good 81-66 triumph over the Roosevelt Eagles.
In their next game, the Bobcats meet the Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 match, on Tuesday, January 24. Childress will attempt to better on its 15-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 16-10 record after their 44-42 league win over Abernathy (Abernathy, TX).
