Texas High School Basketball - Ovilla Christian nudges Christian Life Preparatory

In Friday's league outing, the Ovilla Christian Eagles (Red Oak, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Christian Life Preparatory Knights (Fort Worth, TX), by a count of 57-54.

The Eagles (13-10) will now prepare for their outing against Sacred Heart (Muenster, TX). The Tigers go into the TAPPS 2A District 2 outing with a 15-9 record. In their last outing, Sacred Heart held off Harvest Christian (Watauga, TX), 52-39, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Bethesda Christian for a TAPPS 2A District 2 outing on Thursday, January 26. Christian Life Preparatory will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 61-52 league loss to Sacred Heart (Muenster, TX). The Lions record now stands at 16-4.
