The Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) basketball crushed the host Quabbin Regional Panthers (Barre, MA), 71-49 in Friday's league test.
The Gaels (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Littleton (Littleton, MA). The Tigers go into the Midland-Wachusett C test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Littleton was trounced by Quabbin Regional (Barre, MA), 40-35, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Maynard for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Quabbin Regional will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 50-33 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.
