With the victory, Hampton improves its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Johnson County (Mountain City, TN) to play the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 23. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Johnson County won 68-33 in their recent league challenge against Happy Valley (Elizabethton, TN)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Cloudland will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 72-45 non-league loss to Carroll County (Hillsville, VA).
