The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Cannon County won 54-53 in their recent league challenge against Westmoreland (Westmoreland, TN)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Huntland Hornets (Huntland, TN) in a 1A District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Cornersville will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 12-9 record after their 67-49 league win over Eagleville (Eagleville, TN).
