The Covenant Christian Academy Rams basketball team (Cumming, GA), was overwhelmed 86-45 in Friday's non-league battle with the host North Georgia Christian Academy Knights (Ellijay, GA)
The Knights now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dogwood Christian Academy for a GCAA Region I battle on Thursday, January 26. North Georgia Christian Academy will confront a team coming off a 0-0 league Philadelphia Christian School (Calhoun, GA). The record now stands at 0-7.
The Rams (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Area Christian Academy (Morganton, GA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Mountain Area Christian Academy trounced Philadelphia Christian School (Calhoun, GA), 58-54, in a league battle.
