The Crane Cranes topped the host Kermit Yellow Jackets basketball team by a final score of 48-28 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Cranes face the Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 game, on Tuesday, January 24. Crane will attempt to move on its 10-15 season record. The Bucks enter the game with a 12-10 record after their 94-57 league win over Compass Academy (Odessa, TX).

With the defeat, Kermit moves to 11-16 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Stanton (Stanton, TX) to face the Buffaloes in a 3A Region I District 4 game on Tuesday, January 24.
