California High School Basketball - Dos Palos knocked off by Firebaugh

The Firebaugh Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Dos Palos Broncos to 42 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Avenal for a West Sierra contest on Tuesday, January 24. Firebaugh will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 59-49 league loss to Coalinga (Coalinga, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 9-6.

The Broncos (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Tranquillity (Tranquillity, CA). The Tigers enter the West Sierra contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Tranquillity was defeated by Mendota (Mendota, CA), 76-30, in a league contest.
