The Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT) basketball knocked off the host East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT), 68-58 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Coventry (Coventry, CT). The Patriots go into the North Central Connecticut test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Coventry went down by Canton (Canton, CT), 43-41, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Somers for a North Central Connecticut test on Tuesday, January 24. East Windsor will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 40-22 league win over Granby Memorial (Granby, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 9-4.
