In Friday's league match, the host Espanola Valley Sundevils basketball team scored a good 59-51 triumph over the Moriarty Pintos.
In their next game, the Sundevils face the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a 4A District 2 match, on Thursday, January 26. Espanola Valley will attempt to move on its 4-15 season record.
