The Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY) basketball crushed the host Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls (Booneville, KY), 79-55 in Friday's league test.
The Engineers (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Bath County was trounced by Rowan County (Morehead, KY), 69-56, in a league test.
The Owls / Lady Owls now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Prestonsburg for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24.
