Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND) and the visiting Flasher Bulldogs (Flasher, ND), saw Standing Rock's basketball squad hold off Flasher by a count of 60-55.

With the victory, Standing Rock upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Garrison (Garrison, ND) to play the Troopers in a B Region 5 challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Troopers come into the challenge with a record of 8-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Hebron-Glen Ullin Bearcats (Hebron, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Flasher will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
