The Palmyra Panthers basketball team (Palmyra, NJ), was nudged 44-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Florence Township Memorial Flashes (Florence, NJ)
The Flashes now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pemberton for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Florence Township Memorial will battle a Hornets team coming off a 82-50 league win over Delran (Delran, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 11-2.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside (Riverside, NJ). The Rams come into the Burlco - Freedom battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Riverside edged Maple Shade (Maple Shade, NJ), 63-48, in a league battle.
