Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Iron County Wykons (Iron River, MI), 73-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Forest Park upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Trojans host Gwinn (Gwinn, MI) to play the Modeltowners in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Modeltowners go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Gwinn lost 62-40 in their recent non-league bout against Gladstone (Gladstone, MI)

Next up, the Wykons play the Westwood Patriots (Ishpeming, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 23. West Iron County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 50-47 league loss to Negaunee (Negaunee, MI).
