The Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR) basketball knocked off the visiting Fountain Lake Cobras (Hot Springs National Park, AR), 49-40 in Friday's league test.
The Devil Dogs (16-7) will now prepare for their test against Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR). The Trojans go into the 4A Region 4 test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Subiaco Academy went down by Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR), 55-36, in a league test.
The Cobras now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jacksonville Lighthouse for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 25. Fountain Lake will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 67-53 league loss to England (England, AR). The Wolves record now stands at 3-12.
