The Shelbyville Dragons basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Gary Bobcats to 46 in the Dragons league triumph on Friday.

The Dragons now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tenaha for a 2A Region III District 23 contest on Friday, January 27.

The Bobcats (13-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tenaha (Tenaha, TX). The Tigers enter the 2A Region III District 23 contest with a 11-13 record.
