Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors (Fort Oglethorpe, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA), 79-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Warriors travel to Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 13-3. Bradley Central won 74-53 in their recent league bout against Howard Tech (Chattanooga, TN)

Next up, the Trojans play the Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Gordon Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 54-13 league win over Dalton Academy (Dalton, GA).
