Huntsville Eagles (Huntsville, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Gravette Lions (Gravette, AR), 71-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Huntsville upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR) to play the Tigers in a 4A Region 1 bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 2-11. Prairie Grove lost 84-28 in their recent league bout against Farmington (Farmington, AR)

Next up, the Lions play the Shiloh Christian Saints (Springdale, AR) in a 4A Region 1 bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Gravette will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 71-61 league loss to Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR).
