Green Hill Hawks (Mt. Juliet, TN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wilson Central Wildcats (Lebanon, TN), 59-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Green Hill upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Hawks host Mount Juliet (Mt. Juliet, TN) to play the Golden Bears in a 4A District 9 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 12-10. Mount Juliet lost 62-58 in their recent league bout against Lebanon (Lebanon, TN)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Cookeville Cavaliers (Cookeville, TN) in a 4A District 9 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Wilson Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 60-46 non-league loss to Warren County (McMinnville, TN).
