Connecticut High School Basketball - Killingly knocked off by Griswold

The Griswold Wolverines basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Killingly Redmen to 41 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolverines now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyman Memorial for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Griswold will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-36 league win over Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
The Redmen (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT). The Centaurs enter the Eastern Connecticut II contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Woodstock Academy was defeated by Fitch (Groton, CT), 52-33, in a non-league contest.
