With the victory, Groves improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Liberty County (Hinesville, GA) to confront the Panthers in a AAA Region 3 challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Liberty County won 42-29 in their recent league challenge against Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA)

Next up, the Blue Tide confront the McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (Darien, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Long County will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 68-27 league win over Savannah Classical Academy (Savannah, GA).
