The Johnson City Eagles (Johnson City, TX) basketball knocked off the host Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX), 56-42 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Mason (Mason, TX). The Punchers go into the 2A Region IV District 29 test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Mason notched a victory over Junction (Junction, TX), 65-40, in a league test.
The Longhorns now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to San Saba for a 2A Region IV District 29 test on Tuesday, January 24.
